Seminar 'Managing anger and frustration at the workplace ' on 21 July 2018
Sociology Club of the Department of Applied Sociology, ASA University Bangladesh organized a seminar on On 21.07.2018 at the university premises. The title of the seminar was "Managing anger and frustration at the workplace ", Preside over by Dr. Ahasun Habib, Chair, Department of Applied Sociology. The chief guest was the occasion Professor Dr. Dr. Dalem Ch. Barman, Vice Chancellor, ASA University Bangladesh, Keynote Speaker was Dr. Almasur Rahman, International Motivational Speaker Brac University. In his speech Dr. Almasur Rahman said, "People are the best of creation. People will look the best: If you are honestly pursuing a duty of morality, then who criticized or criticized it would not hinder you to proceed with your honesty. For example, if you are wearing white colored clothes, then a red glass will tell you if you think your red shirt is great, would you be happy? And wearing a black glass told you that black shirts are not acceptable, will you get hurt? Sure not! You know you're wearing a white shirt. The color of the glasses in front of the person who sees you. You know you're wearing a white shirt. The color of the glasses in front of the person who sees you. So, those who have such an attitude whose thoughts and thoughts will be seen in the same way, they will criticize or spoil you. Because you know what kind of person you are, every man looks like a mirror, sees himself among others. Good people see everyone as good, and bad people see everyone as bad. Criticism or bad name is one of the reasons why someone can do it. But it is really silly to be angry or make trouble. If you have been worried for one hour, then 3600 seconds is a loss for your life. That one hour (3600 seconds) was deprived of the feeling of happiness, and it was harmed by the good way. So do not make trouble anymore, with no sense of emotion, with conscience, with consideration, analyze with positive vision. The best of man's creation.
